akarso posts get
Get full details for a single post by its ID.
Returns the post's content, status, per-platform publishing results (including published URLs and platform-specific errors), scheduled date, and attached media. Use this to check whether a published post succeeded on all target platforms, to retrieve the live URLs, or to poll while a post is still
pending or publishing.Usage
